International Conference On Optimization Techniques For Learning (ICOTL 2023)
The 1st International Conference on Optimization Techniques for Learning (ICOTL 2023) is a major international conference to bring together researchers, engineers, and scientists from academia and industry working in Machine Learning and Data Science and their applications in different scientific, technical, and social optimization problems. Researchers will meet for discussion, exchanging ideas and opinions, and, most importantly to present their latest works and research results. On the first day of the 2023 placement session, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur received over 700 placement offers, including Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs). The first phase of IIT Kharagpur's placement procedure for the academic year 2023-24 began on December 1, with all students physically participating. More than 61 companies, including Apple, Arthur D. Little, Da Vinci, Capital One, DE Shaw, EXL Services, Glean, Google, Graviton, Microsoft, Mckinsey, Quantbox, Databricks, Square point, TSM, and Palo Alto, offered various roles to students, primarily in the profiles of software, analytics, finance - banking, consulting, and core engineering.

CAT 2023: IIM-Kozhikode Revises Admission Policy, Places Greater Emphasis On Gender Diversity
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode has updated its postgraduate admission policy for the 2024-26 academic year. Although the Common Admission Test (CAT) results would carry 45% weightage in shortlisting candidates for the Written Ability Test (WAT) and personal interview (PI), gender diversity and academics have been awarded 10% and 5% weightage, respectively. Last year, both of these components accounted for only 10% of applicant shortlisting.
IIT Guwahati Has Launched A Drone Technology Programme For The Military Forces

Alert! IGNOU Admission 2024 Deadline Extended
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the deadline for new admission to the July 2024 academic year. Students planning to apply for the July 2024 session of online distance learning (ODL) and online programs will now have another registration deadline. The revised deadline is 15th October 2024. Previously, the registration deadline for the ODL and online programmes was 30th September 2024.
KEAM 3rd Round Counselling Final Allotment
The Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) 2024 Round 3 seat allotment results were announced by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala on 6th of September 2024. DU NCWEB 3rd Round Admission Cutoff Released
The University of Delhi's Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board (DU NCWEB) has announced the third cutoff list for B.A and B.Com courses. Students who have submitted an application for admission to DU NCWEB in 2024 may access the third cut-off list by visiting the official website, ncweb.du.ac.in. Furthermore, the admission process has commenced. Additionally, students may consult the University of Delhi's official website, du.ac.in, to verify the cut-off list.
TS ICET 2024 Counselling Begins!
The Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE) commenced round 1 of the registration procedure for TS ICET counselling 2024 on 1st September 2024. The registration will be done at the official website tgicet.nic.in. Candidates can register till 8th September 2024.

CAT 2024 Result Out! Check your Scores Now
On 19th December 2024, The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta announced the CAT 2024 results on its official website, iimcat.ac.in. The scorecard link is now live on the official website listed above. To download the CAT scorecard, aspirants must enter their registration number and password. The scorecard includes percentile scores for each component and an overall percentile score. This year, approximately 3.29 lakh candidates registered for the CAT 2024 exam, out of which 2.93 lakh appeared. A total of 14 candidates have received a perfect 100 percentile score, with Maharashtra having the most such candidates, followed by Delhi and Andhra Pradesh. 30 have scored 99.98 percentile
