CAT 2023 Sees 88% Of Aspirants Show Up, With Over 2.8 Lakh Candidates
About 2.88 lakh applicants took the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2023 exam on Sunday, November 26. IIM Lucknow released data showing that attendance was roughly 88% as opposed to 86% the previous year. With 3.3 lakh registrations, this year saw the largest number ever recorded by CAT. 2.22 lakh applicants took the test in the previous year, compared to 2.56 lakh who registered.

Vel Tech University, ETS To Support Students Pursuing Overseas Education
A deal was signed between Vel Tech University and ETS India, an organization that supports students pursuing higher education abroad, on Monday. ETS India is an educational evaluation, research, and measurement company. According to the agreement between the two organizations, ETS will train professors, assist students at Vel Tech with TOEFL and GRE preparation, and provide free practice exams to registered users.

Alert! IGNOU Admission 2024 Deadline Extended
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the deadline for new admission to the July 2024 academic year. Students planning to apply for the July 2024 session of online distance learning (ODL) and online programs will now have another registration deadline. The revised deadline is 15th October 2024. Previously, the registration deadline for the ODL and online programmes was 30th September 2024.
KEAM 3rd Round Counselling Final Allotment
The Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) 2024 Round 3 seat allotment results were announced by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala on 6th of September 2024. TS ICET 2024 Counselling Begins!
The Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE) commenced round 1 of the registration procedure for TS ICET counselling 2024 on 1st September 2024. The registration will be done at the official website tgicet.nic.in. Candidates can register till 8th September 2024.

CAT 2024 Result Out! Check your Scores Now
On 19th December 2024, The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta announced the CAT 2024 results on its official website, iimcat.ac.in. The scorecard link is now live on the official website listed above. To download the CAT scorecard, aspirants must enter their registration number and password. The scorecard includes percentile scores for each component and an overall percentile score. This year, approximately 3.29 lakh candidates registered for the CAT 2024 exam, out of which 2.93 lakh appeared. A total of 14 candidates have received a perfect 100 percentile score, with Maharashtra having the most such candidates, followed by Delhi and Andhra Pradesh. 30 have scored 99.98 percentile
