SEED Exam Introduction

The Symbiosis Entrance Exam for Design (SEED) is a national-level design aptitude test administered by the Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID) to admit students to B.Des programs at its campuses. The SEED exam focuses on colour, geometry, visual observations, creative thinking ability, general design awareness, and knowledge of Indian culture, craft, and customs.

  1. Candidates have to apply “Online” only for SEED Entrance Examination 2025 by accessing the website: https://dm.sid.edu.in/

 

  1. Register for Online Form submission using your own Email ID and Mobile No. and note down system generated Application Number.

 

  1. Complete the Online Application Form and note down the system generated Application Number. Upload scanned images of :

 

  • Candidate’s Photograph (in JPG file size: less than 150 kb)
  • Candidate’s Signature (in JPG file size: less than 150kb)
  • Category Certificate, if applicable (SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc.) (in PDF file size: 50kb - 300kb)
  • PwD/UDID Certificate, if applicable (in PDF file size:50kb-300kb).

 

  1. Pay prescribed fee through Net Banking/ Debit Card /Credit Card/ UPI and keep proof of fee paid for future reference.

Step 1:- Fill your Personal Details like-
