IIT Kanpur Placements 2023: 485 job offers on Day 1, 12 international offers
On the first day of their placement campaign, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur made 485 job offers. A total of 428 students were hired through a combination of campus placements and Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs), with 12 receiving international job offers.

On the first day of placements, students at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, received three international offers and 358 domestic offers.

On the first day of the 2023 placement session, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur received over 700 placement offers, including Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs). The first phase of IIT Kharagpur's placement procedure for the academic year 2023-24 began on December 1, with all students physically participating. More than 61 companies, including Apple, Arthur D. Little, Da Vinci, Capital One, DE Shaw, EXL Services, Glean, Google, Graviton, Microsoft, Mckinsey, Quantbox, Databricks, Square point, TSM, and Palo Alto, offered various roles to students, primarily in the profiles of software, analytics, finance - banking, consulting, and core engineering.

The placement season at Indian Institutes of Technology has begun for the academic year 2022-23. The Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT-D) registered over 480 full-time employment offers (including pre-placement offers) on the first day of placements, with around 450 unique selections bagged by IIT Delhi students by the end of the first day of placements (December 1).

Alert! IGNOU Admission 2024 Deadline Extended
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the deadline for new admission to the July 2024 academic year. Students planning to apply for the July 2024 session of online distance learning (ODL) and online programs will now have another registration deadline. The revised deadline is 15th October 2024. Previously, the registration deadline for the ODL and online programmes was 30th September 2024.
KEAM 3rd Round Counselling Final Allotment
The Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) 2024 Round 3 seat allotment results were announced by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala on 6th of September 2024. Candidates who have registered for the counselling process can access the results by logging into the official website i.e, https://cee.kerala.gov.in/ with their application number and password.
DU NCWEB 3rd Round Admission Cutoff Released
The University of Delhi's Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board (DU NCWEB) has announced the third cutoff list for B.A and B.Com courses. Students who have submitted an application for admission to DU NCWEB in 2024 may access the third cut-off list by visiting the official website, ncweb.du.ac.in. Furthermore, the admission process has commenced. Additionally, students may consult the University of Delhi's official website, du.ac.in, to verify the cut-off list.
TS ICET 2024 Counselling Begins!
The Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE) commenced round 1 of the registration procedure for TS ICET counselling 2024 on 1st September 2024. The registration will be done at the official website tgicet.nic.in. Candidates can register till 8th September 2024.
