IIM Kashipur Organises TEDX Event; Authors, Business Leaders, And Army Officers Among Speakers

The "Dwell and Conquer" theme of today's TEDx event was presented by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur. Speakers at the event presented thought-provoking viewpoints, inventive insights, and inspirational anecdotes.

Speakers included HR professionals, business owners, writers, and leaders. Speakers included Vartul Mittal, a pioneer in digital transformation and an expert in technology and innovation; Jyoti Jha, a former HR professional who is now an author and a captivating storyteller; and Gaurav Kejriwal, a vice president at EXL Analytics and an IIM Calcutta alumnus. Kejriwal gave insights into the potential of data to revolutionize risk, marketing, and product analytics.

Literary critic turned author Nitish Raj studied literature, narrative, and entrepreneurship while business leader Kanishk Agrawal offered his knowledge of technology, design thinking, and business agility to inspire creative solutions to real-world problems. Vadhan, an English author and constitutional lawyer, was also in attendance at the function.

Moreover, Major Prajakta Desai, a trailblazer in the Indian Army's Corps of Army Aviation, shared her inspiring journey as the first woman officer to qualify as a UAV Observer Pilot. The diverse speakers collectively brought an enriching tapestry of ideas, embodying the essence of "Dwell and Conquer."
