The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Medical Education and Research has issued the counselling schedule for round two of the state National Eligibility Cumulative Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2023. The registration period for NEET-UG counselling will begin on August 21 at 10 a.m. and end on August 22 at 5 p.m.
According to the National Testing Agency (NTA), Maharashtra has received the most applications for the undergraduate National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG) over the last five years, but Uttar Pradesh has produced the most qualified applicants.
Following the deportation of Indian students from the United States due to visa issues, Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy on Saturday directed officials to gather information on the stranded students from the State and assist them with visa formalities. The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the deadline for new admission to the July 2024 academic year. Students planning to apply for the July 2024 session of online distance learning (ODL) and online programs will now have another registration deadline. The revised deadline is 15th October 2024. Previously, the registration deadline for the ODL and online programmes was 30th September 2024.

The University of Delhi's Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board (DU NCWEB) has announced the third cutoff list for B.A and B.Com courses. Students who have submitted an application for admission to DU NCWEB in 2024 may access the third cut-off list by visiting the official website, ncweb.du.ac.in. Furthermore, the admission process has commenced. Additionally, students may consult the University of Delhi's official website, du.ac.in, to verify the cut-off list.
The Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE) commenced round 1 of the registration procedure for TS ICET counselling 2024 on 1st September 2024. The registration will be done at the official website tgicet.nic.in. Candidates can register till 8th September 2024.
