During its 31st convocation in 2023, the National Law School of India University (NLSIU) presented 43 gold medals to 20 graduating students. The Executive Council (EC) of Delhi University also granted a one-time age relaxation for voting and participating in elections for student unions. The EC's meeting, which is the university's top governing body, took place on Friday. The university released a statement saying that a one-time age relaxation of three years had been granted for candidates and voters in the Delhi University Students' Union elections. "This year, the maximum age limit has been increased from 22 years to 25 years for undergraduate students and 25 years to 28 years for postgraduate students," the statement read. During the meeting, the Faculty of Music and Fine Arts also approved starting the PhD in Fine Arts programme in 2023-2024.
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the deadline for new admission to the July 2024 academic year. Students planning to apply for the July 2024 session of online distance learning (ODL) and online programs will now have another registration deadline. The revised deadline is 15th October 2024. Previously, the registration deadline for the ODL and online programmes was 30th September 2024.
The Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) 2024 Round 3 seat allotment results were announced by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala on 6th of September 2024. The University of Delhi's Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board (DU NCWEB) has announced the third cutoff list for B.A and B.Com courses. Students who have submitted an application for admission to DU NCWEB in 2024 may access the third cut-off list by visiting the official website, ncweb.du.ac.in. The Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE) commenced round 1 of the registration procedure for TS ICET counselling 2024 on 1st September 2024. The registration will be done at the official website tgicet.nic.in. Candidates can register till 8th September 2024.
