The Government Will Open Research Parks At 8 IITS And IISC Bangalore

In order to advance science and technology and strengthen the research ecosystem, the Government of India approved the creation of research parks at 8 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and IISc Bangalore.
The research parks will also be built at IIT Madras, IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, and IIT Gandhinagar in addition to IISc Bangalore. The ministry said that the research parks at IIT Madras, IIT Kharagpur, and IIT Delhi are operational, and others are nearing completion.
