The 4th Symbiosis Literary Festival was a huge success, thanks to the hard work and organisation of the Symbiosis School for Liberal Arts (SSLA), a prestigious division of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) (SIU), which took place on December 16–17, 2023. Prominent speakers at this literary feast included TV journalist Rajat Sharma, scriptwriter Javed Akhtar, editor of Loksatta Girish Kuber, and CEO and co-founder of Newslaundry, Abhinandan Sekhri.

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the deadline for new admission to the July 2024 academic year. Students planning to apply for the July 2024 session of online distance learning (ODL) and online programs will now have another registration deadline. The revised deadline is 15th October 2024. On 19th December 2024, The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta announced the CAT 2024 results on its official website, iimcat.ac.in. The scorecard link is now live on the official website listed above. To download the CAT scorecard, aspirants must enter their registration number and password. The scorecard includes percentile scores for each component and an overall percentile score. This year, approximately 3.29 lakh candidates registered for the CAT 2024 exam, out of which 2.93 lakh appeared. A total of 14 candidates have received a perfect 100 percentile score, with Maharashtra having the most such candidates, followed by Delhi and Andhra Pradesh. 30 have scored 99.98 percentile
