CTET City Intimation Slip 2024 Released

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued the exam city intimation slip for the 19th edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), which will be held on July 7, 2024. The exam will be administered in 20 languages in 136 countries. CTET's online application process began on March 7, 2024, and was initially scheduled to end on April 2, 2024. The deadline, however, has been extended to April 5, 2024, giving candidates until 11:59 p.m. on the final day to apply and pay the examination fee.

The CTET, a comprehensive test designed to assess applicants' eligibility to teach in central schools from grades I to VIII, is structured into two papers. Paper I is for applicants seeking to teach Classes I through V, while Paper II is for those intending to teach Classes VI through VIII. Both papers consist of multiple-choice questions with no negative marking, ensuring a fair and straightforward evaluation process.
