Exam News

Karnataka PGCET Exam

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has postponed the Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2024. The exam was initially scheduled for July 13 and 14. The revised dates will be revealed shortly. Many students wanted to postpone the exam because their final semester exams are between 5th to 10th of July.

KEA noted that they had received multiple requests to delay the PGCET 2024 to avoid conflicts with these university examinations. To meet the students' requirements, KEA decided to postpone the exam. The updated dates will be available on the KEA website in the following days.

In addition to the delay, KEA has reopened the registration period for the Karnataka PGCET 2024. Registration will begin today, June 26, and stay available until July 7 at 11:59 p.m. The payment window for the registration fee will conclude on July 9 at 6:00 p.m.

Candidates from the General and Other Backward Classes (OBC) pay a registration fee of Rs 650. The cost for Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) applicants is Rs 500. Fees can be paid using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, or online banking.

Candidates should visit the KEA website regularly for updates on new exam dates and other vital information.
