Six New Online PG Programmes Are Offered By IIT Kanpur; Gate Scores Are Not Required

Six new online postgraduate courses in business leadership in the digital age, artificial intelligence and machine learning, renewable energy and e-mobility, and climate finance and sustainability have been made available for working professionals by the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT-Kanpur). These programmes will not require GATE scores for admission. Classes will begin in January 2024, and interested individuals have until September 24, 2023, to submit an application via emasters.iitk.ac.in.

New programmes in business analytics, data science, financial technology and management, business finance, financial analysis, public policy, next-generation wireless technologies, cyber security and management, economics, and power sector regulation are also accepting applications.

Students will study artificial intelligence and machine learning in this course. Students will learn how to employ AI and ML in real-world applications through a range of projects and case studies. By enhancing analytical and problem-solving skills, this exercise will better equip graduates to handle challenges at work.

Qualifications for these programmes:
A master's degree (5.5/10 CPI) or a bachelor's degree (4 years course) in the pertinent field with at least 55% of the required marks.
A minimum of two years of work experience is required (you do not have to be employed right now to qualify). Experienced candidates will be given preference.
