The deadline for accepting applications for free coaching for the Civil Services (Main and Preliminary) Examination 2023–24 has been set by Banaras Hindu University (BHU). The official announcement states that the admission will take place on December 30 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m

This time, some 300 candidates are anticipated to apply for admission to the counselling, and only 100 will be chosen, according to Assistant Registrar Ramesh Kumar Nigam of the centre. Of these, 63 female candidates and 147 male candidates from scheduled caste have received invitations to the counselling procedure. There are 27 female and 63 male candidates selected from the OBC group. Ten impaired applicants have also been invited by BHU.

Candidates can get in touch with the Dr. Ambedkar Center of Excellence right away if there are any discrepancies via phone at 94500716669 or by email at dace.office@bhu.ac.in.

The Union Public Service Commission administers the Civil Services test, which is regarded as one of the hardest exams in the world. Because UPSC tutoring typically costs more than Rs 1-2 lakh, it is out of reach for students from underprivileged families. In light of this, BHU offers free coaching services to a limited number of UPSC candidates.
