Assam's Cabinet Proposes A 10% NRI Quota For MBBS Seats, As Well As An Increase In Reservation For Six OBC/MOBC Tribes
Himanta Biswa Sarma, the chief minister of Assam, recommended changes to the MBBS and BDS admission rules. After deducting 15% AIQ and other quotas, the state cabinet proposed a 10% reservation for NRI and NRI-sponsored applicants who passed the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET). The suggested revisions were announced during a meeting of the state cabinet. The chief minister recommended increasing reservations for six OBC and MOBC (non-creamy layer) communities.
Confusion Over KCET 2023 Results As Some Students Were Not Allotted Rankings
Soon after the KCET results were revealed on Thursday, confusion reigned at the Karnataka Examination Authority. Alert! IGNOU Admission 2024 Deadline Extended
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the deadline for new admission to the July 2024 academic year. Students planning to apply for the July 2024 session of online distance learning (ODL) and online programs will now have another registration deadline. The revised deadline is 15th October 2024. Previously, the registration deadline for the ODL and online programmes was 30th September 2024.
KEAM 3rd Round Counselling Final Allotment
The Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) 2024 Round 3 seat allotment results were announced by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala on 6th of September 2024. The University of Delhi's Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board (DU NCWEB) has announced the third cutoff list for B.A and B.Com courses. Students who have submitted an application for admission to DU NCWEB in 2024 may access the third cut-off list by visiting the official website, ncweb.du.ac.in. Furthermore, the admission process has commenced. Additionally, students may consult the University of Delhi's official website, du.ac.in, to verify the cut-off list.
