Rolls-Royce announced the fourth iteration of its Unnati Scholarship project for female engineering students on International Women's Engineering Day in collaboration with Buddy4Study and Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) India. The programme seeks to provide financial assistance to deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds in order to close the gender gap and increase female representation in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

The scholarship is offered to all female students enrolled in undergraduate engineering degree programmes at any AICTE-recognized institution in India who meet the scholarship criteria. On July 5, the application procedure will begin. Rolls-Royce's Unnati efforts include a variety of programmes that reach out to thousands of female middle and high school students, as well as STEM college scholarships that help hundreds of young women.
