Launch Of A Professional Certification Programme In Product Management By IIT Roorkee

Imarticus Learning and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee have joined forces to launch a professional certification programme in product management. According to IIT-R, the programme is created to give current product owners the skills and expertise they need to advance to the position of product leader as well as to prepare prospective professionals who want to work in product management.

Live classes and campus immersion at IIT Roorkee will both be offered online during the course of the semester. Experts from the industry and IIT Roorkee academics will attend the classes.

The curriculum focuses on the development of abilities such as building roadmaps, carrying them out, coming up with growth strategies, and more. The students will get the chance to create their own products in order to gain real-world experience and insightful knowledge that will help them enhance future products. The programme places a strong emphasis on idea gathering, innovation, and the curation of product-focused methods to improve the return on investment for desired results. Upon programme completion, participants will earn certification from CEC, IIT Roorkee.

The cost of this five-month programme is Rs. 1,40,000 + GST (including the Rs. 20,000 + GST registration charge). The applicant would require a diploma (10+2+3), a bachelor's degree (10+2+3), or an equivalent with a minimum of 50% in their overall grades. There will be 50 students enrolled in the course when it starts on November 11.
