JNU Opens Doors to International Students For UG Admissions

Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) is accepting applications from international students for undergraduate degrees in the academic year 2024-25.

Foreign nationals can download a separate application form from the university's official website, jnu.ac.in. The deadline for submitting the application form is April 26, 2024.

Although international students applying from their home countries will not be required to take the Common Universities Entrance Test (CUET UG 2024), all foreign nationals present in India will be required to take CUET UG if they meet the minimum eligibility requirements as prescribed for Indian students, subject to the equivalence of their qualifications and the production of a student visa or research visa.

JNU Admission Procedure: - Download the application form from jnu.ac.in or jnu.ac.in/Admission/International and send it to "Section Officer (Admission-II), Room No. 20, Administrative Block, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi-110067" via post with all required documents.

The application form should be completed in block letter format, with no cutting or corrections. Illegible forms will not be accepted.

- Candidates must pay an application processing fee of US Dollar $42.00 by NEFT in the university Account No. 31694564171 or a bank draft of US Dollar $42.00 (including GST) or equivalent Indian amount of Rs 3,486 drawn in favour of "Jawaharlal Nehru University" payable in New Delhi. During the payment process, the candidate must specify his or her name, country, and programme details.
