IIT Roorkee And Imarticus Learning Have Launched A Certificate Programme In HR Management And Analytics

IIT Roorkee's CEC has partnered with Imarticus Learning to create an HR Management & Analytics certificate programme for Data-Driven HR Professionals. The newly created programme aims to revolutionise HR management practices through the use of data-driven decision-making processes.

According to a news release issued by IIT Roorkee, the certificate program's primary goal is to optimise HR processes and improve organisational performance.

The programme will run for six months. It provides 100 hours of live instruction that incorporates theoretical ideas as well as hands-on practice.
