IIT Madras BS In Electronic Systems: Registrations To Close On August 27

IIT Madras (Indian Institute of Technology Madras) today announced that it has started applications for its recently launched BS Degree in Electronic Systems program's September 2023 cohort. Students will be able to implement and enhance systems and processes for applications using the engineering principles and knowledge they have learned in this course. The program's registration deadline is August 27, 2023.
According to IIT-Madras, the first round of applications for this recently opened BS programme in Electronic Systems had over 1800 submissions and closed on June 25, 2023. Out of these, about 1200 are ordinary entry applicants who must go through a qualifying procedure that includes a test on August 6, 2023.
The programme, which is in line with the nation's semiconductor mission, is the second BS degree offered by IIT-M. The programme, developed in collaboration with business executives, includes on-site labs at IIT Madras to guarantee hands-on practical training that improves students' understanding of electrical systems.
