IIT Guwahati Has Launched An Online BSc (Hons) In Data Science And Artificial Intelligence On Coursera, With No Need For A JEE Score

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati today announced the availability of an online Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree curriculum in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence through Coursera. According to the official calendar, applications for the BSc (Honours) in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence curriculum will open on July 19, 2023, with classes beginning in October 2023.
This new plan will also offer a variety of entry and departure points. If a candidate departs the programme after the first year, he or she will receive an Advanced Certificate as part of the programme. If they leave after the second year, they will receive a diploma, a regular BSc degree after the third year, and a complete BSc honours degree after four years, according to Prof Iyer.
Furthermore, while a JEE Main score is not required, individuals who are eligible and registered for JEE Advanced (in any year) will be admitted directly, while those who do not can finish an online course and receive acceptance, depending on their performance.
