About the workshop
The high-end workshop titled “Advanced training in unravelling the functional and nutraceutical properties of milk protein ingredients” is formulated with the objectives of providing hands-on learning opportunities to students and scholars on processing techniques intended for functional milk protein ingredients manufacture and analytical techniques for determining milk protein functionality. In this workshop, the manufacture of different milk protein ingredients, isolation of bioactive peptides, determination of techno-functional attributes of milk protein preparations and their bioactivity in vitro and bioinformatics of milk proteins will be covered. Also, interventions to improve the functionality of milk proteins through interactions with plant constituents and analytical techniques to determine their interactions and functionality will be covered.
