The University of Delhi began the registration process for its newly established BTech programmes on Wednesday. DU is now offering three new BTech programmes: BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and BTech in Electrical Engineering. The registration deadline is July 25 at 11:59 p.m.
For admission, DU will take the Joint Entrance Exam (Main) scores into account. Candidates must complete their registration form, including their name (as it appears on the JEE Main application form), date of birth, and JEE Main application number. After registering, students can fill out the application form with their personal information, academic information, and programme preferences. The allotment of seats will be determined by the preference order supplied. There are 120 seats in each BTech programme.
In addition to their JEE Main scores, students must have an aggregate score of at least 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The university will also provide financial assistance to students from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
