Bharti Institute Of Public Policy And CBC Has Launched Two Online Courses On The IGOT Platform

The Bharti Institute of Public Policy (BIPP) at the Indian School of Business (ISB) has collaborated with the Government of India's Capacity Building Commission (CBC) to develop two online programmes, "Evidence in Public Policy" and "Insights from Data for Policy."

The online programmes will be available on the iGOT platform as part of the Mission Karmayogi effort. The new online programmes aim to improve senior government officials' knowledge of public policy. They will assist the officials by improving their knowledge of data analysis and evidence-based decision-making. Furthermore, the online programmes will provide policymakers with all of the tools they need to achieve greater results.

Hemang Jani, secretary of the Capacity Building Commission, Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India, launched the programmes. Himanshu Pandey, CBC's programme manager, and Ashwini Chhatre, executive director of the Bharti Institute of Public Policy, ISB, attended the event.

In addition, the institute stated that it intends to launch long and short-term public policy programmes on the iGOT platform in the near future. The targeted programmes will give government officials a thorough understanding of public policy fields.
