DU applicants who did not choose Delhi University as a preference when registering for CUET-UG can still apply for admission through the university's CSAS site.

"If a candidate did not select Delhi University as a preference when registering for CUET-UG, he or she may still apply for admission to the university via the varsity's CSAS portal." Similarly, if a student has chosen preferred programmes, he or she might apply for the programmes during phase II of the CUET," Haneet Gandhi, dean admission, explained.

The University of Delhi Monday hosted a webinar for admission through the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2023. While candidates are allowed to add their mobile number and email ID as alternate forms of contact information, the varsity will consider the contact information submitted in the CUET UG application form, as only that is considered 'authentic'. "So all of the information is sent to that number only," she explained.

CSAS (UG) registration is now divided into two phases. Candidates must fill up their personal information and academic scores from Class 12, and the second round will commence once the CUET UG result is announced. To participate in the second round, candidates must log in to their CSAS dashboard and fill out the preference form. From this year, 5 per cent of the total sanctioned strength of every college will be allocated for ECA and sports supernumerary quota.
