A Five-Day Online FDP on Discrete Mathematics in VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology)

A Five-Day Online FDP(Faculty Development Programme) on Discrete Mathematics was organised by the Department of Mathematics School of Advanced Sciences Vellore Institute of Technology. It was held from 13th to 17th June 2023. Registration fees were 200 INR.

About FDP
Discrete mathematics is a fundament in computer science, mathematics, and engineering. It provides the foundational concepts and tools needed for understanding algorithms, cryptography, data structures, and many other essential areas of study. Additionally, it is a critical part of the current technology revolution, with applications in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and cyber security. Our faculty program on discrete mathematics is a comprehensive and intensive training program that covers the fundamental concepts and tools needed to teach this subject effectively. The program is designed for educators who are either new to teaching discrete mathematics or wish to enhance their existing knowledge and skills.
