Easwari Engineering College was instituted in the academic year 1996 -1997, with the Approval of Government of Tamil Nadu and AICTE, New Delhi. Bhaktavatsalam Memorial College for Women was founded by Bhaktavatsalam Memorial Trust in memory of one the greatest sons of Bharat, Late Shri. M. Bhaktavatsalam, the former Chief Minister of Tamilnadu. It started functioning in the academic year 1993-1994.
