A central teacher eligibility test (CTET) for 2023 will be taken by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on August 20. On August 18, the official website of CBSE – ctet.nic.it – will be updated with a detailed description of the examination centres along with the CTET admit card.  A candidate will be qualified if they attain a score of 60 percent on the CTET 2023 examination. The qualifying marks for CTET will be determined by the exam conducting authorities. The CTET exam 2023 has 150 marks, and candidates must score 90 or higher to qualify for lifetime certification. The CBSE will distribute eligibility certificates after the results are announced to determine eligibility. An eligibility certificate for CTET is valid for the rest of one's life. It is important for candidates to note that based on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of candidates taking the exam, the Central Board of Secondary Education may adjust the minimum cutoff. CTET score will be used by candidates who wish to pursue teaching in various schools, such as Kendriya Vidyalayas (KV), Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Samitis (NVS), and other private schools.
