The Bar Council of India has announced the All India Bar Examination schedule and dates - XVIII (AIBE 18). Registration is now open at allindiabarexamination.com.

All India Bar Examination - XVIII (AIBE 18) dates and schedules have been announced by the Bar Council of India. The AIBE 18 exam 2023 registration process has begun on the official website, allindiabarexamination.com. The AIBE exam is held to determine eligibility for the Certificate of Practice (COP) required to practice law in an Indian court system. AIBE 18 exams will be held on October 29, 2023, at various exam centers across the country. The registration process for the online bar examination will close on September 30.
The council has also increased the pass percentage from 40% to 45% for the general category candidates, and candidates from scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, and persons with disabilities will be required to score 40% to pass the exam. The qualifying percentage for reserved categories was previously 35%.
