Skill India Digital is a platform where learners can learn different skills; Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan launched a single platform.

Skill India Digital, a state-of-the-art digital platform, was inaugurated by the Union Minister of Education and Skill Development, Dharmendra Pradhan, on September 13, 2023. With this digital platform, users can learn a wide variety of skills from a single platform. India's skill education, employment and entrepreneurship ecosystem is powered by SID's digital public infrastructure (DPI). This platform focuses on digital technology and industry 4.0 skills to make skill development more innovative, accessible, and personalised. A breakthrough, it will facilitate lifelong learning and career advancement and accelerate skilled talent hiring.
This programme is expected to significantly improve the accessibility of skill development activities, according to the Union Minister, who emphasised the mantra 'Skill anywhere, Skill anytime, Skill for all' in his speech. With the help of MSDE, India's diverse demography will be skillfully addressed on an open-source platform, taking another step towards creating digital public infrastructure. He added that Skill India Digital is another step toward leveraging our demographic dividend and making India a global skills hub. The event involved the exchange of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with several top organisations, including AICTE, CBSE, NIELIT, Infosys, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services (AWS), RedHat, Wadhwani Foundation, UNICEF, Future Skills Prime, SAP, and Tech Mahindra Foundation, aimed at advancing digital skilling, improving industry participation, and improving learner engagement.
