President Murmu Will Be Present At The Central University Of South Bihar's Convocation In Gaya

At the Central University of South Bihar's (CUSB) third convocation in Gaya on Friday, President Droupadi Murmu will be the special guest.
Before concluding her three-day visit to the state with an attendance at the convocation ceremony, Murmu will also visit Mahabodhi Mahavihara, the world heritage site located in Gaya. In anticipation of the president's visit to Gaya, security has been stepped up. Around 11:50 a.m., the president is expected to arrive at the Mahavihara. She is supposed to make prayers at the sanctum sanctorum's Buddha statue and present flowers at the "Vajrasana" beneath the revered Bodhi tree.
CUSB's convocation is set to begin at 3:30 p.m. Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, the governor of Bihar, will also be present at the event where many students will receive degrees.
The president was present at the convocation ceremonies of Mahatma Gandhi Central University in Motihari and the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Patna on Thursday. The president's visit to Bihar began on Wednesday with the unveiling of the state's fourth Agricultural Road Map (2023-2028).
