On The First Day Of Placements, 485 Students From IIT Kanpur Received Employment Offers

The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IITK) has kicked off its Phase I placement session with a bang, with 485 positions offered to students before the end of the first day of campus placements. This outstanding performance reflects IITK students' excellent success, with 428 individuals getting prestigious employment through a combination of campus placements and Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs).
Notably, 216 students have gone above and beyond traditional recruitment procedures to secure PPOs from prestigious national and worldwide organisations. A noteworthy feature is the recognition of 12 students who have obtained tempting employment offers from foreign companies.
Renowned industry leaders like as Microsoft, Navi, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, and Deutsche Bank have emerged as main recruiters, demonstrating IIT Kanpur's extraordinary potential.
