IIT Kanpur Will Host The Udghosh National Open School Quiz

The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IITK) is preparing to host Udghosh 2023, its annual sports festival. The technical institute has made an effort to bring the festival to the attention of school kids. The institute announced the Udghosh National Open School Quiz (UNOSQ) for students in grades 5 to 12.

The competition will be divided into two phases, with players required to demonstrate their logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, general knowledge, and sports expertise.

Pool A is for children (Classes 5 and 6), Pool B is for budding stars (Classes 7 and 8), Pool C is for champions (Classes 9 and 10) and Pool D is for pioneers (Classes 11 and 12).

Participants will have to use their brains to answer questions in the first portion of the quiz. It will be a combination of logic, aptitude, problem-solving, general awareness, and sports knowledge. It'll be "a mental adventure that makes brains work faster and smarter." The first part will take place on August 27th.

The UNOSQ will conclude on September 7 with the announcement of the ultimate winners. Participants will also get the opportunity to participate in interactive sessions with industry professionals and opinion leaders. On October 8, as part of the Udghosh 2023 closing festivities, a felicitation event will be conducted at IIT Kanpur. Winners will win more than INR 50,000 in prizes and numerous products and delights.
