Delhi University Faces Backlash As Students Report 'Glitch' On Samarth Portal
Campus News
About 300 Delhi University students have voiced their displeasure about a major difficulty using the Samarth portal. The problem is on what appears to be a bug in the subject/course mapping function that prevents students from finishing their exam forms.
"Students' incorrect enrollment number filling is the root of the problem. The enrollment number will need to be manually corrected after the DUCC investigates the situation. According to PTI, "Our administration needs to double-check these students' details with their bank account details, so it will take a day or two to correct the enrollment number,"
Postgraduate students, specifically those enrolled in MA, MSc, and MCom courses, alongside some visually impaired students, are encountering difficulties selecting their courses or subjects on the portal. Despite the Examination Branch setting a November 24 deadline for submission, these students continue to face persistent obstacles.
