National Power Training Institute

National Power Training Institute (NPTI, Nagpur) has been set up by the Ministry of Power, Govt. of India in the year 1975. NPTI Nagpur is Western Regional Institute providing training in the power sector in Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh states. The institute has been granted the grade "A" category-I according to norms and guidelines laid out by the CEA guidelines for Transmission and Thermal & distribution fields. National Power Training Institute (NPTI, Nagpur) is  recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). National Power Training Institute (NPTI, Nagpur) courses are available at different levels including the undergraduate level i.e. Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) with a focus on Power Engineering, and so on. Postgraduate Degree i.e. Post Graduate Diploma Course in Renewable Energy & Grid Interface Technologies, Post Graduate Diploma Course in Power System Operation, Post Graduate Diploma Course in Power Plant Engineering, Post Graduate Diploma Course in Power Management.
