Late Bonam Venkata Chalamayya hails from agriculturally fertile peasantry of Konaseema. His quench for technology was set off with opening of an automobile garage, his investigation and exploration and later his feel of sheer need of upgrading the rural peasantry and in order to render the technological updates ensued in the formation of the BVC Educational Society which was registered on July 08, 1992 with registration number: 533 under the district registrar, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.
