On November 24, 2023, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) began accepting applications for General Duty (GD) Constables 2024 online.

The registration process for the online registration for General Duty (GD) Constable 2024 commenced by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on November 24, 2023. Candidates wishing to participate in the SSC SSC GD constable 2024 recruitment vacancies including Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Secretariat Security Force (SSF), Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles (AR) and Sepoy in NIA (National Investigation Agency) can submit their applications on the official website- ssc.nic.in.
In this recruitment drive, 75768 positions in the company will be filled. As per the schedule, the last day for registration is December 28. On February 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29 February and January 5, 6, 7, 11, and 12 March 2024, the SSC GD Constable exam will be conducted. There will be four phases to the exam - the Computer-based Test (CBT), the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), the Physical Standard Test (PST), and a medical examination at the end.
