Students shall note that the MCA practical examination [30.11.2023] has been postponed by Madras University due to heavy rains.
In the wake of the Chennai rains, Madras University has postponed exams, according to reports. The Institute of Distance Education will conduct the second-year and third-semester exams for the MCA programme in December. The official website says, "The MCA practical examination [30.11.2023] has been postponed. The rescheduled examination date will be intimated in due course."
Heavy rain is expected in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry up until December 3. The Madras University will conduct the practical exams from December 23 to January 11, 2024. "Practical classes and practical exams are mandatory. At the end of this programme, practical exams will be conducted. Students are requested to bring their practical books, pens, pencils, and A4 paper to practical classes," the exam guidelines stipulate.
