CA Foundation Exam 2023 Postponed To December 31

As per the latest announcement of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the CA foundation exam will be postponed to August 31, 2023.

A postponement of the CA Foundation 2023 exams has been communicated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI). The exams for CA Foundation December 2023 will now take place on December 31, January 2, 4 and 6, 2024. The official notice says, "It may be noted that due to unavoidable circumstances, the CA Foundation Examinations will now be held on December 31, 2023, 2nd, 4th & 6th January 2024 in place of 24th, 26th, 28th & 30th December 2023. However, it is clarified that the other particulars / details announced vide Important Announcement No. 13-CA (Exams)/November - December/2023, dated July 5, 2023, shall remain unchanged. In short, there is no change with respect to Intermediate, Final and PQC Examinations, which are scheduled from November 1 to 17, 2023."

The registration process for the CA Foundation has already commenced on the official website, icai.org. The last date to apply for the ICAI CA exams 2023 is August 23. August 30 is the last date to submit the CA online application, with a late fee of Rs 600. Students shall note that the CA intermediate and final examinations 2023 will occur as scheduled. For Group 1, the exams will take place on November 2, 4, 6, and 8, and for Group 2, the exams will take place on November 10, 13, 15, and 17. For group 1, CA Final exams 2023 will be held on November 1, 3, 5, and 7; group 2 will be held on November 9, 11, 14, and 16.
