State Education Minister Praful Pansheriya launches Shikha Reform

In a significant stride towards modernising education, Gujarat's Minister of State for Education, Praful Pansheriya, unveiled the online learning platform, Shiksha Reform, in Surat on Monday. Deepak Rajguru, a well-known educationist, as well as trustees and principals from notable institutions, attended the launch ceremony at The Amore Hotel. Kimmo Nikkanen from Finland's Kajaani University of Applied Sciences was also in attendance, as was educationist Antti Isovita. Speaking during the event, Minister Praful Pansheriya emphasised the need to incorporate technology into education.
“The world is fast moving towards technology, and it is critical to enhance digital skills,” he said. Shiksha Reform is a collaboration between Microsoft and a major Finnish university that is set to give high-quality courses. With seasoned and highly certified professors, the platform aspires to transform education, notably in technology. Shikha Reform's co-founders, Rajiv Soni and Paresh Chalodiya, stated that the platform is delivering short-term courses in cutting-edge disciplines such as artificial intelligence and cyber security in collaboration with Microsoft and a Finnish institution.
Shiksha Reform provides pupils with essential technology skills, hence advancing their jobs. The platform's Skills for Jobs programme provides learning paths for students, technology professionals, and those looking to improve their tech skills. Shiksha Reform's courses are designed by top organisations and institutions and feature cutting-edge study materials.
