IIM Bodh Gaya launches executive certificate programme in Corporate Law

The Indian Institute of Management, Bodh Gaya launched an executive certificate program in corporate law.

This is a 10-month long programme specially designed for professionals. The programme will conclude on February 1, 2024. Interested candidates can apply at the official website — iimbg.ac.in.

This certificate programme aims to provide a sound understanding of corporate laws and their linkages with various business-related issues including corporate governance and regulatory matters. It will also deal with formulating and implementing effective financial strategies with legal prudence in the decision-making process.

The programme was launched in the presence of Professor Vinita S Sahay, director of IIM Bodh Gaya and programme directors — Professor Sabyasachi Mohapatra, Associate Professor of Finance and Accounting and Professor Soumya Prakash Patra, Assistant Professor of Law and Public Policy.

At the event, Professor Patra stated, “the batch profile is dynamic in nature, which has participants of 30 years of experience to 1.8 years of experience.”With the completion of the programme, participants will get a “Certificate of Completion” who have fulfilled all the criteria (attendance and evaluation) about the course.
