IGNOU to hold Placement Drive for Insurance Dekho on January 16

A campus placement drive for Insurance Dekho will be held by the Indira Gandhi National Open University Campus Placement Cell at Maidan Garhi, New Delhi. The date of the placement drive is set for January 16, 2024. Prior to the placement drive, a brief introduction (Pre-placement-talk) will be held to highlight the firm profile, job needs, CTC, etc. Candidates that are chosen must keep up with changes in regulations, insurance products, and industry trends. Verify the role, the type of work, the primary duties, the essential competencies, the pay and benefits, the work history, the age restriction, and the hiring procedure.

The registration process, which ends at 10:30 am, requires candidates to report by 9:30 am. At 11 am, there will be a pre-placement discussion after this. Two copies of the applicant's most recent CV or résumé, their IGNOU ID card, two passport-sized photos, their KYC and educational records, and any employment documentation are required. The interview, sales pitch, group discussion, and culture fit rounds will all be part of the selection process, which might last until late at night.

Although there are openings for recent graduates, candidates must be between the ages of 19 and 28 to be considered for this position. Insurance Dekho would provide a fixed annual CTC of Rs 3 lakh along with a few other benefits.
