BHU Invites Application For Research Event ‘shodh Sangam’

The research event "Shodh Sangam" is being held at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and the Institute of Science has extended an invitation to apply. The gathering is an interdisciplinary research project that gives scientists from the Institute of Science, BHU, a forum to share their findings and network with scientists from other fields. During the week of National Science Day in February 2024, the BHU will host 'Shodh Sangam' for three days. The Institute of Science's Mahamana Hall will host it.
Students conducting post-doctoral studies from all departments, schools, and centres of the Institute of Science, as well as PhD scholars in their third year or higher, are eligible to register for the event. In order to register for the event, research students must pay a registration fee of Rs. 1500, while postdoctoral students must submit Rs. 2,000. In 13 departments of physics, chemistry, biological sciences, earth sciences, and mathematical sciences, the Institute of Science (BHU) provides postgraduate studies. It also features an interdisciplinary cross-talk centre, the DBT-supported Interdisciplinary School of Life Sciences (ISLS), a DST-supported Centre for Interdisciplinary Mathematical Sciences (CIMS), and a Centre for Genetic Disorders (CGD).
