Researchers at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras are working on a point-of-use, portable device to detect heavy metals in soil and water, which will make it possible for even unskilled users to assess the quality of the soil and water swiftly.

Alert! IGNOU Admission 2024 Deadline Extended
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the deadline for new admission to the July 2024 academic year. Students planning to apply for the July 2024 session of online distance learning (ODL) and online programs will now have another registration deadline. The revised deadline is 15th October 2024. Previously, the registration deadline for the ODL and online programmes was 30th September 2024.
KEAM 3rd Round Counselling Final Allotment
The Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) 2024 Round 3 seat allotment results were announced by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala on 6th of September 2024. CAT 2024 Result Out! Check your Scores Now
On 19th December 2024, The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta announced the CAT 2024 results on its official website, iimcat.ac.in. The scorecard link is now live on the official website listed above. To download the CAT scorecard, aspirants must enter their registration number and password. The scorecard includes percentile scores for each component and an overall percentile score. This year, approximately 3.29 lakh candidates registered for the CAT 2024 exam, out of which 2.93 lakh appeared. A total of 14 candidates have received a perfect 100 percentile score, with Maharashtra having the most such candidates, followed by Delhi and Andhra Pradesh. 30 have scored 99.98 percentile
