Central Polytechnic College

The Central Polytechnic College, Thiruvananthapuram was founded in 1958 and began operating in a building on the School of Arts campus. Initially, bachelor's degree courses in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering were offered. Central Polytechnic College is affiliated with Kerala University and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).  Central Polytechnic College offers Diploma in Computer Engineering, Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Diploma in Electrical & Communication Engineering, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Textile Design.
