Attention! UPSC OTR Correction Facility for CSE Prelims 2024 Starts.
Exam News
Today, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) announced that candidates can change their one-time registration (OTR) information for the UPSC CSE preliminary examination.
Candidates who have registered for the UPSC IAS prelims exam 2024 will be able to edit their application form through the UPSC website, upsc.gov.in. The UPSC CSE correction facility will be available until March 13. Candidates wishing to edit their UPSC OTR profile during this period must log in through the OTR platform instead of the modification link.
Except for Chennai, Dispur, Kolkata and Nagpur, a maximum number of candidates will be allotted to each centre. Further, the commission said the allotment of exam centers would be based on the 'first-apply-first-allot' principle, and once a certain centre reached its capacity, it would be frozen. In addition, candidates should be aware that once they submit their date of birth information in the application form, they will not be allowed to update the information.
Candidates cannot withdraw the UPSC IAS application form 2024 once it is submitted. During registration, applicants were required to provide the details of a government-approved photo ID card, which will be used in all future correspondence.
