If you are appearing for the CSEET 2023 examination, you shall check the CSEET 2023 guidelines Issued by ICSI!
To prepare candidates for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET), the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released a set of guidelines. On November 4, 2024, the CSEET will be conducted, followed by another on January 6, 2024, according to the schedule. According to the official notice, the CSEET mock test will be held today, November 1. "To familiarise candidates with the remote proctoring process, the Institute will conduct a mock test for 2 hours on November 1," reads the notice.
ICSI CSEET exam day guidelines:
- Company Secretary Executive Entrance Tests will be administered remotely rather than in a test center. Candidates may take the test at home using their own laptop or desktop computer. Mobile phones, tablets, and laptops are not allowed. A supervisor, a proctor, will continually monitor the students via video or audio as if they were taking the test in a testing facility.
- This exam is of two hours duration. The computer-based CSEET consists of four parts of 50 marks, each covering Quantitative Aptitude, Business Communication, Economic and Business Environment, Legal Aptitude, and Logical Reasoning.
- Remote proctors will verify the authenticity of candidates' admit cards, government identification cards, passports, driver's licenses, PAN cards, UID Aadhaar cards, and voter cards.
- Before taking the CSEET, students will be required to download, install, and test Safe Exam Browser, SEBLite. SEBLite will not be removed until the CSEET has been properly completed. Those candidates who cannot download the Safe Exam Browser for any reason will not be able to take the exam, and no questions will be answered about this issue.
- The exam portal must be accessed 30 minutes before the start of the test. Candidates must not appear for the test after 15 minutes of its start and must not complete the exam before 90 minutes have passed.
- For the CSEET, candidates must score at least 40% on each paper, i.e., Paper-1, Paper-2, Paper-3, and Paper-4 individually, and 50% on all four papers. Incorrect answers will not affect the mark.
