PM Modi Announces Plans To Build A Central Tribal University In Mulugu, Telangana

The Central Tribal University would be established by the Central government in the Telangana district of Mulugu, according to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The project will cost 900 crore rupees. The tribal deities Samakka and Sarakka will serve as the inspiration for the university's name. In an official tweet on "X," Modi stated that the establishment of a Central Tribal University in the Mulugu area would be advantageous to young people, particularly those from tribal tribes.

A unique endowment and the designation of the Central University of Hyderabad as an Institution of Eminence were also announced by him. Additionally, Modi inaugurated other completed structures on Sunday and laid the cornerstone for several construction projects. Hyderabad University's School of Economics, School of Mathematics & Statistics, School of Management Studies, Lecture Hall Complex-III, and Sarojini Naidu School of Arts & Communication (Annexe) were among the newly constructed facilities that were dedicated.
