The Radhakrishnan Gopalan Young Faculty Researcher Award Was Established By IIM Lucknow

The Radhakrishnan Gopalan Young Faculty Researcher endowment was established by the IIM Lucknow Class of 1996, according to a statement from the institute. Young faculty members of IIM Lucknow are encouraged and recognised by this award.

The award was founded, according to the institutes, with an initial fund of roughly Rs 75 lakhs and an annual award value of Rs 7,00,000.
Ajay Garg, dean of faculty, greeted attendees at the ceremony and provided information about the programme. Director of IIM Lucknow Archana Shukla praised the 1996 class for taking the initiative.

The award recognises academic performance and gives young faculty members the opportunity to advance their research at IIM Lucknow. The institute commended the IIM Lucknow batch 1996 for taking the initiative to establish the award.
