Joint Masters In IP Law And Management Offered By NLU Delhi

Students from South Asia, India, and other foreign countries will be able to enrol in the one-year global curriculum in dual track, meaning that they can have backgrounds in both law and non-law.

In order to begin offering the Joint Masters/LL.M. in IP Law and Management in August 2024, National Law University Delhi has entered into a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), the Office of Controller General of Patents Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM - Indian IP Office), the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and the Government of India.

Prof. G.S. Bajpai, Vice Chancellor of NLU, "with this MoU, we hope to continue walking the path of global excellence in teaching intellectual property, which we are sure will help us in achieving even higher levels of academic consciousness".
