All India Russian Edu Fair 2024 Offer 8000 MBBS Seats for Indian students

The All India Russian Fair, an exclusive event for the Academic year 2024-25, will be held at the prestigious Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Chennai on May 11th and 12th. The top eight higher education institutions owned by the Russian government will directly participate. This year, the MBBS seats have been increased from 5000 to 8000, a testament to the growing demand for medical education in Russia. It's worth noting that Russia is now the only foreign country that aligns with the National Medical Commission (NMC) of India's current regulations regarding medical education abroad.

CISCE Prioritises Student Well-being: Merit Lists Dropped from Class 10 and 12 Exams.

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination(CISCE) discontinued the merit list for the class 10 board examination (ICSE) and class 12 board examination(ISC). CISCE Chief Executive and Secretary Joseph Emmanuel said that the council aims to foster a healthier educational environment. The board discontinues the merit list system to prevent "unhealthy competition” from the academic year 2023-2024.
